1. Information We Collect

You can purchase without creating an account. When you press Buy, we ask for your name and your WhatsApp number before the payment window opens; we store them with your order to send the ebook to that WhatsApp number, to provide My Books access and to support your order. We pass the same number to Cashfree so you do not have to type it again. Your name and number are also remembered on your own device to fill in the form next time. Payment is processed by Cashfree; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

Free kundli page: the chart is calculated in your own browser. The birth date, time and place you type there are not sent to us or stored. Only if you press “Download kundli PDF” are those details sent to our server once, to draw the PDF; they are not saved or logged. “Save on this phone” keeps charts in your own browser's storage only — we never receive them; you can remove them on the page or by clearing site data.

Personal edition (optional): only if you tick it in the Buy form, we store the birth date, time (if given), place with its coordinates and time zone, the calculated chart, and the exact consent sentence you agreed to. We use them only to make your personal PDF (your name and chart pages added to the book). Birth details from a checkout that is never paid are deleted after 2 days. The personal PDF file is removed 90 days after it is made and rebuilt from your saved details if you open your order again. You can ask us to delete your birth details at any time (see our Data Deletion policy). Birth details are never sent to Meta or used for ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your name and WhatsApp number are used solely to deliver the purchased ebook on WhatsApp, to send one reminder if you start a payment and it does not complete (for example, if you close the payment window), to provide purchase recovery through My Books, and to offer order support. We send only order-related messages unless you separately consent to marketing.

Offers and new books on WhatsApp: the Buy form says, above the Continue button, that by continuing you accept our Terms and this Privacy Policy and receive the ebook, order messages and news about offers and new books on WhatsApp. We store your number, the book you were viewing, your language and the time and wording of your consent. We send at most a few messages a month. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or contact us, to stop them at any time; we then stop messaging you and keep only a record that you opted out.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — such as the payment gateway (Cashfree) and the WhatsApp delivery provider (Interakt) — strictly to fulfil your order, and with Meta for measuring our posts and ads (see section 4).

4. Cookies and Ad Measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure how our Instagram and Facebook posts and ads perform. It uses cookies and tells Meta which of our pages you open, which book you view, when you start a payment and when a purchase completes (book, price and an order number). The Pixel does not run on the order page, My Books or our admin pages. When a purchase completes, our server also reports it to Meta (Conversions API) so it is counted even if your browser blocks the Pixel: the book, price and order number, your mobile number, e-mail and first name only in scrambled (hashed) form, and Meta's cookie IDs, your browser type and IP address from when you pressed Buy — we delete the browser type and IP address right after sending. We never send Meta your full name in readable form, your payment details or your private download link. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can limit this through your browser (clear or block cookies) or your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.

5. Our Own Visit Statistics

To see which of our posts and ads bring visitors and where people stop before paying, our own website keeps simple visit statistics, stored only with us (not shared with anyone). Your browser keeps a random ID in its local storage, and we record the steps of a visit: the page you landed on, the books you view, when you tap Buy, fill in the form and open the payment window, together with how you arrived — the campaign tags in the link (utm), whether you came from a Facebook/Instagram ad, and the website that linked to us. When you buy, the same random visit ID and campaign tags are saved with your order so we can tell which post or ad led to the sale. These statistics contain no name, phone number, IP address or anything you type, and they are not recorded on the order page, My Books or our admin pages. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
